Frank is an avid outdoor enthusiast who spent 2 years ‘hiking and camping’ in Vietnam with the 101st and 82nd Airborne. His awareness of the plight of the Blackstone began when he participated in Project ZAP in 1972. He likes to ‘fish’ for auto parts, tires, trees and other large river items, some of which can only be reeled in using his 6-ton tractor loader.
