Water Quality Monitoring Program
The Water Quality Monitoring Program enlists the assistance of volunteers to locally take water samples from key parts of the tributaries of the Blackstone River. The water is then sent to a lab for testing and the results are checked against previous tests for changed in key factors to determine the health of the river. The collections begin in the spring and are done throughout the year. If you wish to participate in this program, please send an email to “webmaster@blackstonriver.org”.
