Francine Jackson

Francine has a Bachelor’s in Astronomy from the University of Illinois, a Master of Adult Education from URI and has been associated with Brown University’s Ladd Observatory since the 70’s. For over 20 years, she has been a proofreader for court stenographers and has been writing book reviews for both the International Planetarium Society and Children’s Lit. She’s a member at-large for Skyscrapers, Inc., the state’s amateur astronomy organization, Secretary of the Blackstone Valley Historical Society, and Chair of Lincoln’s Conservation Commission.  Francine also belongs to the town’s technical review committee and is a NASA Solar System Ambassador.
