Victor is a family man who loves the outdoors. He loves to hunt, fish and hike. Since joining BRWC, he’s learned about the very history we have in our backyards. He’s teaching kids of all ages how to fish and about the historic Blackstone River. To date, he has helped teach over 400 people to fish and he plans on doing a lot more.
