Luke has lived in the Valley Falls area of Cumberland most of his life. He’s been fortunate to enjoy the waterways specifically boating/fishing on the Blackstone River. “I consider myself one of the Valley Boys and have helped in several cleanups including my first at the Pratt Dam in 2019.” said Luke recently. “I find the Blackstone tranquil and relaxing, and I am grateful I can be part of the restoration of the river.”
