Ray was liked by everyone. He dedicated countless hours to BRWC/FOB and took on the most challenging projects such as the yearly cleanup of the Pratt Dam. He was the quarterback of the Valley Boys, a group of dedicated volunteers who never shied away from a challenge. As one of our directors so aptly put it “Nobody would do this, nobody in their right mind. These guys are amazing.” Ray and his band of brothers always found a way. He continues to be sorely missed by all of us.
