Earth Day – North Smithfield Clean and Green Day

Earth Day scheduled cleanup in the area along Canal Street in North Smithfield. Meet at the corner of Canal Street and Mill Street in North Smithfield. There will be a variety of work to do as litter is always a problem. There is also a lot of roadside trash that has been blown to the far side of the canal. There is also quite a bit of rehabilitation we are doing to the site of the Mammoth Mill. Be prepared for trash pickup and some weed removal. It is important to wear protective covering.
We have pulled over 3 tons of trash from this location in the last three years!
